Lee is responsible for Customer Relations and Sales Order Processing. Having worked in marketing, credit control and account management roles in various companies, she has a breadth of operational knowledge. She joined Preheat Engineering from DX Network Services where she was an Account Manager.
Downtime
Outside of work, Lee enjoys boxing and spending time with her son (especially playing golf). She’s also very keen on cooking and eating curry.
Melanie has recently joined Preheat Engineering and brings over 25 years of technical marketing experience to the Company. She is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, creating campaigns and developing marketing assets.
Downtime
Melanie loves walking, cycling and generally being outdoors (when it’s sunny). She’s currently learning to tap dance and play the flute and enjoys painting.
Lynda joined Preheat Engineering in early 2020 having previously worked in technical sales roles for over 25 years. At Preheat, Lynda will be responsible for developing new and existing clients to help them benefit from Preheats products, services and manufacturing capabilities.
Downtime
Lynda loves travel and especially enjoys Italy which she visits often as well as exploring our own fair isle. She’s also a big fan of theatre and live music.
Simon is the Managing Director of Preheat Engineering Ltd with over 24 years of engineering experience. After graduating with an Electronic and Computer Engineering degree from University, Simon has worked in well established businesses within the Aerospace, Electronics and steel industries.

Simon lives in High Wycombe. His biggest interest is cars, especially the fast ones
Sara joined Preheat Engineering Ltd in September 2016. After 25 years’ of working in the accounts environment for various businesses, Sara has gained significant financial experience and several qualifications.

Sara lives in Hillingdon with her younger 2 children. Besides spending family time together, Sara enjoys reading, visiting places of interest as a member of the National Trust, going to the theatre, cinema and travelling.
