Description
XLCE elements are replacement elements for XLC heaters.
They come with integral thermostat, 2 metres of cable and sealing gasket.
Longer cables can be supplied please advise at time of ordering.
We recommend that the existing canister be cleaned and then the element sealed in with either, Loctite 5699 or similar sealant if without a gasket, or using your usual sealant with a gasket.
XLCE elements are available in:
Voltages: 12, 24 vDC // 230/240, 220, 110/120 vAC 50/60HZ single phase // 220, 240, 380, 415, 440, 480 vAC 3-phase 50/60 HZ
Wattages: 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2250, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000
Cable: 2 metres (longer if required), 1750mm flexible conduit (longer if required)
Thermostatic control via integral contactor: Standard 35-85°C, Low range 0-40°C. Option second control for alarm circuit. Ask for details.
